What is for breakfast? A mix between Italian and continental breakfast.
In your room there is a fridge in which we stock: Milc, Vegan Milc, Yoghurt, Vegan yoghurt, a selection of fruits, italian Pastry: “crostata”, chocolate, Vegan chocolate. Filtered water, filtered sparkling water, fruit juice.
In your room you will find coffee, caffeine coffee, sugar, tea (6 flavours to choose from (black tea, herbal, fruit). Cereals dispenser with muesli, cruesli and cornflakes.
Around 8 am we deliver in front of your room door a picnic basket with fresh warm croissants. The chooses are Vanille Creme, Marmelate, Chocolate or natural. The day before we take you order. How many and of which type Croissant you would like.
Where do I need my breakfast? In the winter months most people enjoy their breakfast in their room. In the summer months most people enjoy it out on the patio.
Are you Vegan?
Please pay attention our croissants have butter in them. Please tell us before hand that you are vegan and we will bring you vegan crackers, marmelate, honey, and vegan chocolate paste.
Are you glutenfree?
Please pay attention that our croissants, crostate and cerials (cornflakes excluded) contain gluten. Please tell us in in advance and we will give you a glutenfree alternantive for the crostate and gluten free crackers marmelate, honey, and chocolate paste.
You do not like a sweet breakfast?
Instead of croissants we can also bring you fresh bread, cheese and a boiled egg. Again, please let us know in advance.
Are you used to eat meat for breakfast?
Serving meat does not aline with our environmental point of view. We proudly only serve organic foods. And since we ourselves are Vegan and Vegetarian we have decided not to serve meat. But we can suggest you a few local places where you can buy local products, which you can keep in the fridge in your room.
And what about the dishes?
Every morning we do housekeeping of your room. At that time we will also do the dishes, clean and restock the fridge. If you like to use the plates, cutlery ect in the afternoon for an aperitivo on the patio you find in your room soap, sponge and a drying rack.
